Steve’s Legacy is a free men’s mental health and well-being support group, in honour of Steve Yates, the dad, the brother, the uncle, the legend, and very loved.
Every Tuesday 4pm till 5.30pm: John Daniels Centre, Penzance
Every Wednesday 4pm till 5.30pm: The Old Cattle Market, Helston
Steve’s Legacy is created and funded as part of The Sparkle Foundations desire to support anyone who is struggling with emotional issues and who would benefit from somewhere to find and gain a better understanding of what is available to help.
What to expect: Steve’s Legacy offers an opportunity to share experiences, understand emotions and their sources, but more importantly how to manage those feelings we all find difficult from time to time.
Expect a warm and friendly welcome!
The group is facilitated by mental health professionals and provided by The Sparkle Foundation UK Charity Registration 1192213
Covering: Anxiety, Depression, Anger, OCD, Intrusive thoughts, Bereavement, Coping Mechanisms, Suicide, Panic Attacks, PTSD, Relationships, and other Mental Health Conditions
