Ways you can help support and donate

One of the main areas of the amazing work that The Sparkle Foundation UK is involved in revolves around feeding vulnerable people. We have met people who skip meals to feed their children or have to make the choice between buying food or paying the rent. We support people who have nothing to those living in working poverty. 

We’ve worked with nutritionists to make sure that the food parcels supplied by us in our network contain nutritionally balanced meals for individuals and families. 

Food parcels start at £5 – £25 – however we grateful for any amount to feed those in need of food.

Our Mental Health Support sessions with our fully qualified counsellors are available to support people really struggling, if you would like to donate towards these please:
