Lou

Lou
Counsellor

I hold a Psychology Degree and am trained as a Person Centred Counsellor, keeping up to date with training relevant to my role, the majority of which is with children and young people.

I aim to offer a safe, gentle and confidential space in which you feel able to talk and hope that together we can help you to find your way through the challenges you are facing.

I am a Mum in a very busy household and in my spare time I like to cook and bake, spend time with my family (including walks by the sea with my springer spaniel) and to be outside in Nature.
